There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.

Our Mission…

Is to rally the Olmsted Falls and Olmsted Township communities to dramatically improve the playing fields that our children learn essential life skills such as Team Work, Competition, Good Sportsmanship, and Leadership. Where they learn how to WIN with class and how to LOSE with dignity.

Every practice and every game are opportunities for our children to get better - not just in sports, but in developing critical skills for life long success. Every rain out, every cancellation due to uncut grass, every single time a decision is made without putting “kids first” is an opportunity wasted.

Our children deserve better - field turf, indoor field houses, properly maintained fields, and a supportive School District.

The Bulldog Field Initiative was formed to address these issues. The Olmsted Falls School Board has heard the community and has approved this effort to bring real change.

We will be raising private funds (NO TAX PAYER MONEY) through community fundraising, corporate sponsorships, grants and advertising revenue to build new turf fields, improve grass fields, and invest in capital improvements that benefit the ENTIRE community.

This is not just a football project. This is not just a high school project.

This is for the 1st grade girl learning to play soccer. This is for the 3rd grade boy learning to play baseball. This is for the 5th grade girl playing lacrosse. This if for the 6th grade boy playing tackle football. This is for the 8th grade girl competing for a middle school lacrosse championship. This is for the sophomore playing band on Friday nights. This is for the junior chess club participant. This is for the senior playing soccer. This is for the moms attending Zumba on Sunday afternoons. This is for the the dads coaching their sons and daughters. This is for the grandparents Walking Club during the winter.

This is for all BULLDOGS - young and old.

Our Mission is to quit talking about fixing the fields and waiting for someone to do it.

We’re going to do it.
