Yes! We have formed a non-profit entity named the Olmsted Athletic Commission. This was established in August. We have filed the proper paperwork with the state and with the IRS for 501(c)(3) status. Per IRS guidelines we are able to treat ourselves as a tax-exempt entity while our application is pending.
